THE COMPETITION
The competition is held on a bi-annual calendar in accordance with the terms of the Constitution of the International Curling Fellowship of Rotarians. The competition comprises two divisions (Championship and Friendship) each to be played as a ‘round robin’ tournament followed by the best teams in each division playing off in semis and finals for the medal positions. More information on the 2020 competition will be coming soon.
The Championship Division
Competition by eleven teams : Scotland 3, USA 3, Canada 4, England 1, over eleven round robin draws followed by a semis and finals play off between the best four teams to decide the Gold, Silver and Bronze medal positions. _________________________________________________ |

The Friendship Division
The competition will host as many teams as the host club can accommodate from the participating nations, Scotland, USA, Canada and England and teams from countries that wish to join the fellowship over round robin draws followed by playoffs between the best teams to decide the Gold, Silver and Bronze medal positions. __________________________________________ |
The Rolf MacKeen Fellowship Award
The Award was established in honor of the late Rolf Mackeen, a long term member of the Montreal-Westward Rotary Club, who was involved with the International Curling Fellowship of Rotarians from its inception in 1972 until 2002 when he retired. For his 26 years of service to the Fellowship he was appointed Honorary President and a new trophy 'The Rolf MacKeen Fellowship Award' was established in his honor. |

The Venue and Dates of the 2024 World Championships
The 2024 Rotary World Curling Championship will be held in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada;
April 5-12, 2024.
