Meeting called to order at 12:08 p.m. by President Alay Milne.
Minutes: The minutes of the April 13, 2018, Hamilton, Scotland, meeting were presented and there was a correction to the spelling of Jeff Keddie’s name. The minutes with the noted change were approved on the motion of Nick Avlonitis, seconded by Jeff Keddie. Carried
Matters Arising from Minutes: None
President’s Report: Alay expressed the Fellowship’s appreciation to Madison for planning the 2020 event which was eventually cancelled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. She expressed the Fellowship’s thanks to Bob Carruthers and the organizing committee for the 2022 event.
Secretary/Treasurer’s Report: The fellowship is up-to-date on our reporting to Rotary International. The financial statements showing a balance of $1,346.75CDN as of March 31,2022 with pending dues of $1,100CDN. It was agreed that the cost of shipping the trophies would be borne by the host.
Cameron Martin thanked the Secretary/Treasurer for doing a good job.
Report from Dumfries Host Committee (Bob Carruthers): Bob thanked the members of the planning committee and indicated that overall, it was an enjoyable experience. All of the bar proceeds will go to young curlers. More will be said at the closing banquet.

Report from our 2024 Hosts: Event will most likely be April 6-12. Looking at 6 sheet rinks in the area.
